YAMAÇ went into business in 1954 with the production of castors. In 1972, its founders’ experiences and know-how were transferred to an upper level under the brand name “YAMAÇ”. Since then, the production of industrial and furniture castors has continued uninterruptedly up to today. Not only with its product diversity, but also as a brand which keeps customer satisfaction in the forefront, which is prestigious, full of vision and conscious of its mission, YAMAÇ has succeded in becoming a top-notch firm in the sector.

In order to better serve its customers and to meet orders on time, YAMAÇ went on to build a new plant in Gebze in 1997. Located on an area of 11.000 m2, production services continue at this new workplace within a modern work environment.

With a view to standardize production, YAMAÇ implemented all the standards of the sector into its production line and acquired the TSE certificate in 2004. To further improve the manufacturing process, it also acquired the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certificate. Thanks to these qualifications, YAMAÇ is proud to be the first and only firm in the sector in this regard.
